Acceptance of These Rules

By creating an account on q9992, clicking "I agree", or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, do not register or continue using the platform.

These rules form a binding agreement between you and q9992. They apply to all games, bonuses, withdrawals, and support interactions. The most recent version published at q9992.ws/terms-of-service/ is always the operative one.

Account Eligibility

You must meet all of the following before you register:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are registering for yourself, using your own real name and payment details.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list at the time of registration.
• You understand that online betting may not be regulated in your jurisdiction, and you take full personal responsibility for participation.

q9992 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Players who cannot verify their identity will have pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted one active q9992 account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or another person's — is a breach of these rules.

If q9992 identifies duplicate accounts, all bonus funds in those accounts will be voided, any associated winnings will be forfeited, and the accounts will be closed. Legitimate winnings earned before the duplication is discovered remain subject to review.

Deposits & Minimum Amounts

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The table below shows current limits and processing times.

Deposits are credited to your q9992 account balance within approximately 2 minutes. If a deposit does not appear after 10 minutes, contact our 24/7 live chat with your transaction reference number. q9992 does not accept deposits made using funds belonging to a third party.

Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before the first payout is released. Submit your documents before requesting your first withdrawal to avoid delays.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. q9992 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or if unusual activity is detected on your account.

Bonus Rules & Wagering

Claiming any q9992 bonus means you agree to the wagering requirement and other conditions attached to that specific promotion. The standard wagering requirement across all q9992 bonuses is 18× the bonus amount.

Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 250% match on their first deposit, up to a maximum bonus of ৳12,500. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳250. The bonus must be wagered 18 times before any withdrawal is processed. Bonus validity period is 7 days from the date it is credited.

Reload Bonus

Existing players are eligible for an 11% reload bonus on qualifying subsequent deposits. The same 18× wagering requirement applies. Only one reload bonus may be active per player at a time.

Daily Cashback

Eligible players receive 0.8% cashback on net losses calculated over a 24-hour period. Cashback is credited automatically and does not carry a wagering requirement. VIP members receive higher cashback rates based on their tier.

Referral Bonus

Refer a new player who successfully registers and makes a qualifying deposit, and you receive ৳175 credited to your account. The referred player must be a genuinely new user — referrals between existing account holders are not eligible.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus can be active per account at a time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
• q9992 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering patterns or arbitrage — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

Game Play & Fairness

All games on q9992 are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Spribe, Ezugi, Sexy Gaming, Habanero, Playtech, JDB, and Pragmatic Play. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live feed with real dealers and equipment.

Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages set by the provider. They do not guarantee specific outcomes in a single session. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault, q9992 will credit the round result based on game server logs. In the event of a discrepancy between what appears on your screen and the server record, the server record is definitive.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on q9992:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate profit.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or using another person's payment method.
• Any form of collusion in multiplayer games, including deliberate loss of funds to another account.
• Using fraudulent payment details or attempting to process chargebacks after withdrawing winnings.
• Accessing q9992 from a jurisdiction where it is explicitly illegal to do so.

q9992 monitors accounts for unusual patterns. Any account found in breach of these conditions will have pending transactions suspended pending investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure

q9992 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if:

• The account holder is found to have provided false identity or age information.
• Prohibited conduct as described above is confirmed.
• The account is used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• A self-exclusion request is received from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to player request, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the original deposit method within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC.

Limitation of Liability

q9992 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Maintenance windows, third-party network issues, and game provider outages may cause temporary unavailability.

q9992 is not liable for any financial losses arising from your decision to place bets, any delay in processing caused by your bank or mobile money provider, or any indirect or consequential damage from use of the platform. Gambling carries financial risk — only bet amounts you can afford to lose.
